Writer’s Page

Every so often I hear from a fellow poet or writer and it just makes my day!  I love to talk about writing and what you are doing to pursue your passion for writing.  Some of us write only for ourselves, some of us hope to get published and others are quite content with blogging and keeping in touch with friends. 

Whatever your passion is for writing, I’d like to offer you the opportunity to share with others on our weekly post.  You may have already noticed some featured poets on the blog.  If you would like to be a featured poet or author, please send me some of your work to admin@personalverse.com . 

Try to keep your submission to less than 500 words.  You may choose an excerpt from a longer piece or create a work just for the post.  Of course, appropriate content is suggested, nothing above a “PG” rating as young people often visit my site.  Please be aware that you should edit your own work- I will be posting it “as is” exactly as you submitted it to me.  If you are concerned about copyright, just let me know and I will put a disclaimer in the post about rights.  I would appreciate your name and contact info to add to the post so others may contact you.  If you are using a pen name, no problem, just provide a working e-mail address.
