While you are out racing to get everything done right before the Holidays please be sure to appreciate all the people working longer hours and doing their very best to help you. This poem is for all the folks who are in any service position – especially this time of year…Post Office, Retail, Delivery, and many, many more.

Customer Service Angels

When you complain
And speak your mind
They will give you
A response that is kind

It may not be
What you want to hear
But it will be presented
With Holiday Cheer

So give up your stress
And your worry
And your big ‘ol rush
Trying to make them hurry

They’ll get the job done
Though it may seem slow
They’ll give you good service
Can’t you see their halo?
